Making an end of life decision for your horse – how to know when it’s time
with Suzanne Green and Penny Baker
We welcomed veterinarian Suzanne Green to help us understand what we need to consider when making an end of life decision for one of our horses. As many owners are all too aware, knowing when the time is right is often the hardest part of being a horse owner and, sadly, it’s not just owners of elderly horses who need to be prepared to make these decisions. Suzanne was joined by our Field Officer Penny Baker and they shared their experiences with us. Whether you own one horse or lots of horses, whether they are young, old or middle aged, this is a matter that every owner should be aware of and equipped for.
