Meet Miss Molly

Miss Molly was one of 26 horses cruelly crammed into a lorry to be illegally smuggled out of the UK. She did not appear to have been handled much in the past and was very nervous. However she has learnt quickly and is proving to be a bold, confident mare who is very inquisitive. She is generally good to handle but does require further education with clear and confident guidance, due to her age. Miss Molly gets on with others in her herd. She tends to rely on her companions for reassurance, but is getting more independent as her experience widens. Miss Molly may have the potential to be backed in the future if her rehomer has previous experience of producing ponies to ride. We have no knowledge of her breeding but we estimate she could reach a height of 14.0hh or just over which would give her a maximum rider weight limit of 8.5 to 9 stone. We recommend she does not start working until she is at least 5 years old. Alternatively, we are happy for Miss Molly to remain solely as a non-ridden companion to another.
