Meet Maeve

Maeve is a bold, confident young lady with an inquisitive nature. She is very easy going and nothing seems to faze her. She is proving to be a quick learner and is good to handle for her age. Although Maeve enjoys attention she will also let you know when she has had enough and will simply walk away. Maeve likes to pretend she is the leader of the herd but quickly changes her mind when faced with one of the more mature members of the herd. She is far too sensible to get involved in squabbles and much prefers to play. Maeve will not be suitable to ride but she will make a lovely companion to others and is an amusing soul to have around.

Important stuff

Maeve can never be ridden or driven.

All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Maeve is not suitable to be worked.

History

Maeve came into our care at the age of 6 months old as part of an RSPCA prosecution case.
