Meet Fronwen Maggie

Maggie is ready to rehome as a non ridden companion. She is an incredibly sweet mare who gets on well with everyone and loves a fuss. She makes a great companion or nanny horse, and would be a great addition to anyone's family. She is very good to handle, catch, groom, bath and for the vet and farrier. Maggie has had mild laminitis in the past which was caught early, so would be best suited to a home with equines of similar needs who are on a restricted grazing routine. She doesn't like being left on her own, so needs a home where she will have the company of another equine at all times. If you can offer Maggie a home, please apply online.

Important stuff

Fronwen Maggie can never be ridden or driven.

All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Fronwen Maggie is not suitable to be worked.

History

Maggie came into Penny Farm with another pony after their owner could no longer care for them.
