Things to do at Belwade Farm

Meet the horses

Belwade Farm is home to around 65 horses at any given time, and our staff are on hand to provide brief histories and information about the progress these horses are making.

Watch our notice boards and Facebook page for news about what’s on at Belwade Farm.

Have a bite to eat in our Bistro

Relax in our Bistro which offers fantastic views over the fields down to the river.  You can enjoy drinks, cakes & snacks knowing that all proceeds go to help look after the ponies in our care so your treat helps them too.

Enjoy a farm walk

Our popular nature walks will take you through beautiful woodland and along the River Dee as it travels through Aberdeenshire. From some high points you can see Lochnagar in the distance on a clear day.

Take a walk around the lake or stroll around our paddock trail where you can meet some of the ponies.
